Is there any streets named JURF HAAR or JORF HARR in the new york city
I am just studying a comment about one of the Quran claimed to predict the 9/11 attack on NY and i really want to check whether such a street exist in NY or not? I also would be grateful if somebody tells me that why they (New York municipality) named this street Jorf Haar ? It looks like very strange name to me

There is no such street name or anything like it in any of the five boroughs of New York City. I have lived, worked, or gone to school in every borough but Brooklyn, and my wife is from there. I even checked my city directory/map, and it does not exist. The streets around the WTC site all have names that go back to colonial times, and are the names of prominent merchants of the day (Vesey, Church, etc) except for Broadway.
Claims to predict events are invariably made after the event, based on something written before the event that is so ambiguous it can be made to fit almost anything. I'm sure someone could find an argument to prove the Cardinals would win the 2006 World Series in Nostradamus if they looked hard enough. Religious books of all sects are notorious for that sort of thing. Now if they precited it clearly before the event ....
